Currently Senior Product Design Manager at Reverb, I lead and manage highly effective product design teams. I create a strong design culture within orgs and empower designers to deliver their best work through empathy and a strong vision. I promote a positive environment, build design culture within orgs, and reach revenue goals.

When working on new features and experiences, I always consider how they fit into the product holistically. I encourage cross-squad collaboration between designers to reinforce consistency. I lead brainstorming and discovery sessions, and I'm a huge advocate for user research early and often. I proactively look for ways to improve the company’s design principles, style guide, and overall design ecosystem.

Outside of work, I love to sing, draw, paint, and read. I enjoy mysteries, sci-fi, and horror. I'm a proud mama of Tate and Rowan. Every weekend, you will find me at an estate sale, garage sale, or a flea market. My old apartment was furnished with second-hand items, and it was featured on Apartment Therapy. I am a passionate person with many hobbies.
